No. Earned and purchased Eggs can play in the same tournament.
I earned an Egg. Why is it missing from my wallet?
The task gives you a reward to claim. Open Earn and use Claim to create your NFT.
Why am I still matchmaking?
Your Egg needs an eligible opponent at its level. The 12-hour move deadline only begins after a duel is created.
What if my opponent does not play?
If you submitted your move and they did not, you win after the deadline and settlement. If neither player submits, both Eggs stay intact.
Can a broken Egg play again?
No. It remains in your collection but is eliminated from play.
My payment succeeded, but the app has not updated
Check that your wallet shows a completed transaction and that the app is connected to the same wallet and network. Reopen the app. If it remains stuck, contact support through Profile with the Egg number and transaction link.
Never share your recovery phrase or private key.
Does reaching level 21 mean I won?
Not automatically. The winning threshold identifies a duel level to win. A separate leader-award rule applies when the administrator lowers the threshold. Read the prize-pool rules.
